Try different milk. I have awful luck with most national brands of milk. This is a raw milk cappuccino, somehow this shit is $10/qt, farmer got me good.

I buy a fresh pound twice weekly and have them grind it at the cafe. I'm interested in grinding it myself if you or anyanons have a recommendation on a grinder

I'm doxxing myself a bit here but recommending this coffee is worth it: house blend from caffe kilim in Portsmouth NH. It's the best beans in town but they don't roast them there. They contract the roasting to Port city coffee roasters down the street. What's ironic about this is the Kilim blend blows away anything Port City sells. And Port City's cafe sucks dick while Kilim's is iconic.
