This is from a thread I made earlier but they all told me to come to this thread so I am posting it again.

Are these pour-over coffee tools any good? I've only ever had instant coffee, those kuerig cups and drip machine coffee.

Now I am trying to make better coffee since I feel like I haven't really had a decent cup in my life. Do regular round filters work okay or do I need special filters? I don't live in an area with many independent coffee sellers since I'm not white, so is there a website I can order decent quality beans or grounds? How hot should the water be? I just made a 10oz cup using pic related
