Why are you not French pressing your coffee? are you too impatient to wait 6 minutes?

What are some good French presses in regards to sturdiness? It really doesn't need to hold more than 16oz.

I love the smell of coffee beens, but it never tastes like it smells. How do I brew coffee so it tastes as good as the beans smell?

Why not just get a french press?
You can buy pre-ground coffee if you don't have a grinder. Just put in a scoop or two of ground coffee, add almost-boiling water, stir, wait five minutes, and press.
