Just so you know, this ban isn't because China is """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""based""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

They started doing this since summer because China have a pretty serious food shortage right now due to virus affecting productivity, and China had historically devastating floods this Summer which flooded China's plains and farmlands. So Chinese government started a very expensive "don't waste your food" propaganda campaign and banning food eating videos is only one arm of this campaign.
