The to roasters I want to try are lineage coffee and Orlando coffe roasters.

Lineage is hardcore 3rd wave fruit roast. They have a decent subscription service so I'll probably try it during the summer in my french press.

Orlando coffee roasters has a lot more diverse offerings. The main one I want to try is the Cuban esspresso that uses specialty robusta. Hard to find that in the states.
