I still maybe once ever two weeks I buy a box of the parmesean/sharp cheddar "Duoz" and eat at least half the box that night. Sometimes I eat the whole box and just feel like absolute trash.

I used to have a huge problem with this especially when I was a poor college student. I would buy a loaf and proceed to eat most of it in a night with nutella and peanut butter. I'm not convinced it was overall cheaper than just eating out.

Now I get a fresh artesian loaf from my local bakery with a bunch of nuts on it every week for my toast in the morning when I make eggs.

I used to eat lots of cereal before I realized just how much I was eating in terms of calories. sometimes 3 bowls of cereal a night. When I realized that each bowl was probably 400 calories I realized just how much I was overeating.


I had a serious problem with these in college.
