OP sounds like the star of an infomercial.
>"Do YOU ever experience this?"
>*shot of OP tearing a milk carton in half like a phonebook and throwing his arms in exasperation*
>"Well, you're not alone, but there IS a solution!"

People in real life aren't possibly this retarded so it doesn't look so bad, so they need to play up the retardness up to 11 in order to further the implications of their product. "There has to be a better way"

I'm going to be hosting a dorm dinner for my friends (a group of 7 or more people) in the next few days. It'll be $2 for anyone attending so I can actually buy the groceries to make it. I live in the pacific NW so fish, beef, chicken, and pork are all on the table. Lamb may be, if I can find a proper butcher in the downtown. The facilities are well equipped with large kitchens.

TLDR; does /ck/ have any suggestions for a very large, very filling meal that doesn't hedge into $extravagance?
