My weekly/monthly shopping list looks something like.... beans, chick peas, quinoa, brown rice, chicken, shrimp, kangaroo, elk, broccoli, kale, spinach... get some alligator when I'm in the mood/feel like paying almost $9 a pound.

Eating healthy is easy as fuck. Just make your own shit. Get a crock pot and a small grill and you're good to go.

Slicing pineapples for breakfast.

Cut rings off without using a chopping board.

About to slice rings into halves, then quarters.

place the ring in my hand, and start to cut into it with a large knife.

Reach the pineapple core and meet resistance.

Push the knife down hard.

It gets through the pineapple.

Goes into my palm.

Call my housemate down as I try to bandage up the wound with toilet paper.

"can you please walk me to the pharmacy, I need bandages and anticeptic. Make sure I don't pass out"

He tells me to go to the hospital and get stitches.

Walk up to the lady behind teh counter.

I'd like some anti septic and some bandages. My housemate thinks I need to go to A & E to get stitches, what do you think...

I go to show her my hand

"NO NONONONONONO!"

Too late.

She freaks out and gets the guy in back.

He tells me to go to the hospital.

Fine.

I pick up my then girlfriend and go to the hospital.

2 miles/40 minutes walk away.

Get there.

Wait an hour

Get two stitches

Everyone's mad.

Take them to carvery near hospital.

Get cab back.

Stitches itch the inside of my palm for weeks on end, driving me crazy.
