Strain it and keep it for cooking whatever. Alternatively, get some hamburger and make hamburger steak. Deglaze the juice from the bacon and beef with fortified wine with onions and maybe mushrooms (I don't really use mushrooms unless I have them on hand) with garlic and whole black peppercorns (nobody keeps green peppercorns) and A1.
