Eggs are not meat.
"Meat" is defined as the flesh of an animal. Taking the autism a step further, "flesh" in animals is defined as the "the soft substance consisting of muscle and fat that is found between the skin and bones of an animal."
Eggs can ultimately become meat, but are not meat themselves. Kind of like how cake batter is most definitely not cake even though the ingredients between the two are identical.
