Reminder that anyone who mentions your lifespan or health when telling you drugs are bad for you is likely not even close to taking proper care of themselves in most aspects of life, particularly diet and exercise.
Two wrongs don't make a right, but not using drugs doesn't mean you're automatically gonna make it to 100 years with your body and mind still in good enough shape to know when you shat your geriatric diaper AND be able to change it yourself.
