Making my weekly pizza, not taking any new pics because i have perfected my art and they all come out looking the same
4ox mozzarella
2oz Monterey cheese
dietz & watson pepperoni
egg wash and salt the perimeter for a pretzel crust
and whatever tomato sauce i have but normally i use the leftover sauce from Italian sausage, peppers and onions blended smooth, not traditional but it adds loads of flavors that wold be hard to get on a pizza otherwise

yea the colors on my camera are all over the place but im colorblind so trying to correct it only makes things worse

i cut the sausage into wheels and added in the sauce
