Now THIS was me trying to "try". Had a terrible day with the kids, so during their nap, made myself some salmon and buerre blanc as a treat. BIG mistake, minutes into sitting down, wailing from the littlest and diaper time. Sauce had become that thing buerre blanc becomes after just a little while if left to cool.
