I had it real bad in high school and got diagnosed with elevated h pylorai bacteria. took antibiotics and watched what i ate and whatnot. still had acid reflux from age 16-28 and always chewed Gaviscon tablets to relieve it. finally reduced it 95% for 5 years by watching the amount of dough I eat: pizza, bagels, pasta, biscuits. also chill on the tomato sauces so once again no pizza, spagheet, marinara, etc. drink kefir for good bacteria. I can't eat yogurt because it gives me acid reflux too. I still drink coffee

Let's say I have a friend that has a problem with the blood flow in certain areas of his body... Which aliments I could use to increase the blood flow? And which should I avoid?

Back when I lifted in college I was overweight, actually made it up to obese on an intense bulk, but I always came back down to normal after a cut. I don't know how people afford to eat so much? Or maybe I just burn a lot of calories, but getting obese was a lot of work and money. Seems like as long as you workout it is near impossible, your anus will give out before your stomach does.

>what you are saying is the exact reason as to why people get forstbite
Yeah, that's the point. A hand warmer artificially elevates the temperature so that it is closer to body temp, and vasodilation is limited. Without vasodilation, blood flows to the extremities and frostbite is prevented. Getting closer to body temp is much easier than reaching temps required to denature proteins (kill bacteria, etc).
