This is untrue. Fat people way overeat. I'll just pick one recipe from the New Keto Cooking book. Check out the "Korean BBQ Pork Belly." A fat person will easily eat this much food. The macros PER SERVING in this dish with four servings is:

>Calories: 1,279
>Fat: 123.4 g
>Carbs: 16 g
>Net Carbs: 13.8 g
>Protein: 7.4 g

If OP made just this one dish and ate it himself, he'd consume 5,116 calories, and 64 grams of carbs, assuming he ate nothing else all day. Now he's out of ketosis, and consumed a huge amount of calories. He'll say "well I ate from the 'healthy' book and was told I could have as much as I want, what went wrong?"
