i seared the pork on one side in a stainless steel pan, flipped, added butter, covered and threw in the oven. Once it was finished i removed the chops and put the pan back on the oven to simmer the juices/butter while adding a bit of chicken broth. I didnt want to wait to long for it to reduce so i added a bit of corn starch slurry to thicken it.
Turned out pretty good.
