I miss going to the candy store (gas station, or what I called it back in the day) and buying a couple packs to take home to friends and play make believe war games and pretend smoke with my squad.

I remember going to my local convenience store with a fist full of quarters, pennies, dimes and nickles to buy individual pieces of candy.

Now they sell the candy by weight. I tried doing it recently and what once cost maybe a dollar was now 5.60. Goddamnit.

Also, chocolate and Popeye candy cigarettes.
