Last minute submission.
Starting from the 12 o'clock position: A grilled snapper marinaded in chilies, cumin, garlic, lemon zest and pepper.
Grilled tomatoes
Grilled scallops
Grilled tuna-steak.
There's also half of a grilled Portobello mushroom, seasoned with some salt, pepper and garlic-infused olive oil underneath both of the fish.

I wanted to do a grilled asparagus with a larger snapper fillet but the fishmonger I go to is fucking retarded and has no clue what she's doing and butchered the fish.

The carcass went into to making a fish soup but since that's not part of the competition, I didn't take a photo of that. As usual, there will be a photo collage of the cooking process later. Just wanted to throw this online before I go to bed.
