/ck/, how old were you when you realized that eggs don't instakill you when they're not cooked to shit?

I'm ashamed to tell you I was 22 before I ate a properly cooked egg. When I have kids, they're gonna beg me to make egg & soldiers for them in the morning.

assumptions through the roof.

1. I'm not originally from America.
2. I eat my eggs raw... (well soft boiled for a minute, so the yolk is barely warm and still liquid.)
3. I HAVE tried the Gordon Ramsey way several times. I don't like the creamyness of it. I like when scrambled eggs have a big of texture. Not overcooked, but in my opinion his eggs are more of an "egg sauce" or something.

Just not my thing. I'd gladly add butter to normal scrambled eggs. Here's a picture of how I like mine to look.

/ck/ I've recently discovered that because eggs have the uncanny ability to change from liquid to solid when cooked, you can mix them with liquids before cooking so that those liquids become infused with the egg. So far I've got:

>syrup eggs
It's not the same as putting syrup on the eggs after they're done, or even cooking with syrup. If you mix the syrup into the beaten uncooked eggs first, it sort of evaporates away and you're left with traces of caramelization inside the egg. It's subtle but pretty good.

>mayonnaise eggs
This sounds gross, but if you think about it, mayonnaise is just eggs to begin with. This creates a really fluffy and rich texture in the finished eggs, ideal for making omelets.

>banana eggs
Mash up a banana as much as you can so it's just yellow squish, then beat that in with the eggs. It sort of takes a while to get it to blend together. This creates a more stiff final product, and if your bananas are ripe enough you can pour it into the pan in pancake shapes and they will come out like sort-of egg pancakes

Has anyone else done this before? Do you guys have any suggestions for what else I can cook into the eggs?

Hey /ck/! My wife is sick and I really want to make her breakfast when she wakes up. She loves scrambled eggs but to be honest, im a terrible cook! I can make scrambled eggs, but I want to make it more exuberant. Can /ck/ give me some simple recipes to make it better? Like I said im not much of a cook, so i dont have extensive ingredients laying around, so keep it simple please, thanks!
