Black beans (1 can), brown rice (3/4 cup), and frozen mixed veggies (peas, corn, carrots, green beans, just tipped the bag in until I was comfortable with the amount).

Last semester of Uni, trying to live the cheaper life, but still _relatively_ healthy, trying to keep my food budget under $50/wk, so I'm learning how to _actually_ cook, finally.

This is pretty good actually, although I may have overdone it on the cayenne pepper, trying to eyeball a 1/4 tsp just dumping it in.
