yes, though over here most places offer czech-style hot dogs where the bun fully encloses the sausage
it's easier to eat, but there's only really space for sauces. the bun is usually toasted

desu I usually eat czech-style hot dogs, since that's usually what they serve at convenience stores and gas stations around here
it's easier to eat without getting messy, but by its nature means you're only getting the sausage and some sauce
I prefer mustard or remoulade
