Am I only one that prefers that chicken breast to be on the drier side? I honestly prefer the texture over more moist chicken. I also strongly prefer chicken breasts over the fattier parts simply because I do not like the taste of chicken fat all that much, while the actual muscle taste pretty good to me.

At least for chickens, giving them hormones are banned in the United States. Modern giant chickens are the product of decades of careful breeding & feed quality optimization, not added hormones.
