Of all countries that have their "own" curry, I would say that Japanese has the mildest. This chain, for example, actually allows you to pick your spice level, and the max level spice is pretty similar to the hottest curry I had in Thailand.

It's really outstanding quality for fast food, I highly recommend them if you're ever in Japan.
