this isn't true. i am having to cook a specifically low iodine diet right now for someone going through thyroid cancer treatment.

there is a TON of iodine in anything dairy, egg yolks, potato peels, celery anything from the ocean including sea salt *they say doesn't contain because it has less but still there" and a bunch of other shit i'm cooking without.

try cooking with the diet i've been providing and you'll see just how many things have iodine.
