Continuing with butter cookies, those were my favourite among the things I made. Crisp, moderate tea taste, the chocolate chips balancing out the bitterness of the tea, if matcha wasn't so expensive I'd make them all the time. The dough cracked a bit as I rolled it and also looked like a fat green shit but that's not too important.
