I know this is a joke, but when i had to process live lobsters i would drive the tip of a chef knife down through the head to split it in half and kill it.

We’d get like six in at a time and theyd be very lethargic, not moving much at all, but i found that if youd put a dead lobster in with the live ones they would FREAK the fuck out, violently flipping their tails and scooting backward. One even threw itself out of the 8” tall box they were in.

They knew it was coming, bros.. They fucking knew it.

Do you guys ever take food to work for your coworkers? My lab manager likes to bring in Chinese dishes for the whole lab, and I like bringing in stuff to share from time to time.

Please don't shit on me, /ck/. I'm on a ketogenic diet and it's going along pretty well. I feel alright, dropping some pounds, and look better than I did when I started.
I don't mind eating grilled chicken, broccoli, eggs, and spinach everyday, but it just isn't any fun to make. Occasionally someone will tell me about a recipe they tried, or I'll see something here I wanna make, but then I'd either have to freeze it or throw it out.
What are some recipes that are keto-friendly? I'm looking for you'd consider trying out regardless of whether it was keto. All I find are ridiculous things like breakfast cauliflower waffles or celery root chicken alfredo. I'd prefer real dishes like shakshouka or bok choy in garlic sauce.
