I don't eat cookies but I do drink wine.
And raisins, while awful in pastries, are nice in other things.
I made a rum/raisin egg curry a while ago that was pretty good. Might revisit that soon.

Every time I have eggs I need to use up I either make shakshuka or curried eggs. It's easy, delicious, and cheap and you can vary it endlessly.
The rum/raisin curried eggs turned out particularly good. Try it.

I love curried eggs. I make them every time eggs go on sale, but never twice in just the same way.
I did rum/raisin once and it was really good.
An easy and cheap dish to make and enjoy.
I like to keep everything coarser than you, it would seem, but that's a matter of taste.

I make curried eggs all the time when I need dinner to be done quickly. Ten minutes to boil the eggs and rice, which you can spend also doing the rest of the curry.
I did a rum/raising version last year that was pretty good. Very easy and delicious dish.

Gave it a very hefty glug of rum since it's the cheap stuff anyway. Let it hiss for about a minute before adding the coconutmilk.
