Not really familiar with curry, so can anyone who is give me a lowdown on the different types?

From what I've gathered, korma is known to be incredibly mild, madras and vindaloo are the hot ones and saagh paneer is just cheese and spinach.

What do you order when you go for a curry? Me:

>Saag paneer or vegetable jalfrezi
>Garlic naan
>Any kind of pakora, but especially paneer or mushroom

Never been a fan of rice so I skip on that.
