So, long story short I had a severe craving for Ramen last month.. I ended up going on amazon and buying $100'ish worth of nongshim original & their black ramen.. I ate 1,000-1,500 calories worth of this stuff everyday for 2-3 weeks. After a week, my craving went away and the taste was no longer there as it once was. I tried adding frozen vegetables to it but it wasn't as good. I felt terrible, my shit was like mud.

Currently reading /ck/ to get simple cooking ideas for what I want to eat for the next couple of days.. i'm thinking of sloppy joes right now.. any ideas anons?

I tried this recently,
I fucking loved the consistency of the noodles but it was just too spicy. If I used any less of the broth packet there'd be no flavor.
Is there anything I can add to spicy ramen to make it less spicy and bring out its flavors? Or is it hopeless and I should just cut it half-and-half with some other beef broth?
