The final product is soft, spongy, and unexpectedly greasy in the center
It's very unpleasant

As far as the taste goes there is a nicely seared crust but it not only doesnt resemble beef, it doesnt resemble any meat I have ever had
It is very clearly a veggie burger, everything about it tastes like processed macerated vegetable protein

To be perfectly honest a frozen Salisbury steak with 60% soy protein and binders you find in a TV dinner has a more pleasing flavor and texture than this

It not only doesnt resemble meat but its truthfully one of the worst if not the worst veggie burgers I've ever eaten
It's hard to eat, 2 bites and I dont want to finish it
I can only say people who tried this and said it's a beef analogue must be lying and getting paid.

It also stunk up my whole kitchen
Please dont buy into this scam
If you're looking for something other than meat there are so many better veggie burgers on the market
