I live in New zealand and w9rk 9n an avo orchard. They were big here a few years back but oversaturation has driven prices down and therefore the perceived fanciness of eating one. For avocado on toast it was like 16 nzd
Here's a big boy I picked this week and plan on putting a poached egg inside then wrapping with bacon and cooking in the oven

Mix with mayonnaise. Keep in fridge. Spread in avocado bacon sandwiches. You can buy it here in nz is it not thing elsewhere.
