Two slices of traditional Finnish hard rye bread, with real butter, two slices of sauna-smoked ham, tilsit cheese, red bell pepper, tomato and cucumber. A big cup of tea, a local blend spiced with... a number of things I forget, called "the Emperor's Bride". A cup of blueberry and raspberry yoghurt, and a small bunch of grapes.

All in all, enough to fuel a good 4 hours of garden work before lunch.
