I'm gonna go to Japan and then bring with me fork, knife and spoon to all resturants and watch how the gooks eventually will explode with autism

I experimented and made a really nice mushroom & sage pasta sauce recently

>Sautee chopped mushrooms, onions and garlic with worcestershire sauce, salt & black pepper until everything is deeply browned but not burned. In the last few minutes of sauteeing, add chopped sage
>Make bechamel
>Add Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, a tiny bit of dijon mustard, and the mushrooms/onions/garlic/sage mixture
>Simmer down for a few minutes and season with salt, pepper, parsley, cayenne, paprika, thyme and a VERY SMALL pinch of allspice
>If it's too thick, thin it out with a small amount of beef stock

It sounds like a lot of ingredients written down, but it consists mostly of stuff I almost always have already, so basically all I needed to buy for it was the sage and cream cheese, and I ate it with linguine for dinner all week.

No, but her mom does, and to make it easier for her to come live with me I had her mom teach me how to make a bunch of their culture's dishes properly so I can cook them for her.

So I'm gonna do a mexican night with my boyfriend to celebrate something (not relevant)

Ofcourse we're getting tequila and corona.
I'm making salsa and tortilla crisps and some mexican themed wrap snacks.

What should I make for dinner? I don't have a lot of money so nothing too expensive and please keep it simple, I don't have any spices and most basic ingredients at this place.
