Pork
- cheap
- hated by dunecoons
- filling yet doesn't make you sluggish
- doesn't look like literal shit when cooked

Beef
- expensive
- raghead friendly
- too filling, literally slows you down
- looks like actual feces when cooked

Let me list the reasons:
- its muscle meat is far more tender than beef
- at the same time, it has lots of fat unlike chicken
- muslims hate it
- contains arachidonic acid, which is needed for sexual development (beef has much less, dairy has none, vegetarians can get fucked)
- the mouthfeel of the intramuscular fat is perfection, blends with the meat well, isn't solid and clunky like beef fat
- as if this wasn't enough, it's like half the price of beef too

Anyone else noticed this? Upper body meat, regardless of animal, has a better taste overall than lower body meat.

1) tenderness. All the tender cuts are upper body. All lower body cuts need to be stewed and have the shit cooked out of them, and they never match the pure bliss of an upper body cut.

2) flavor. Lower body fat has a particular odor/taste. Sometimes I can stomach it, but other times it completely repulses me. This is particularly true with pork and poultry.

3) fat consistency. Lower body fat is "oily". Upper body fat is "solid". This dimension is separate from the flavor difference of the fat.
