Keto noob here. Doing it for therapeutic reasons. I feel fucking great with a ton of energy now, but I've lost way too much weight (120lbs now) because I literally don't know what I can really eat.
I'm no great cook. I'm mainly eating meat with some various salads (so I gained muscles but still not enough fat to hide my skeleton)
All the keto books I've read are way too restrictive, the recommended meals are too annoying to prepare/seems expensive
