I've been a bread baker for about 8 years now. Two years ago I sold my baker and landed a sweet gig working in house for a big tech company. I'm working 40 hours/week and getting payed about 75k year at this point, with the upper ceiling with raises over time probably in the 115-120/yr range. Full benefits as well and three weeks of PTO. Honestly it's one of the easiest and least stressful jobs I've ever had and I'm making more than I even did when I owned my bakery of you take benefits into account, plus I basically get to do whatever I want.

Pic is some multi grain artisan bread I sent through the oven today.
