based, but my preferred chain steakhouse is Texas Roadhouse.
They call their onion the 'cactus blossom'.
Idk why but I've been unlucky with steaks from outback, but roadhouse usually does a good job, and I've even had some pretty exceptional ribeyes for what it is.
