dill relish

some sort of creamy spicy sauce, I like chipotle mayo

>warm a pan to low-medium heat depending on your range
>small dab of butter
>garlic
>diced onion, I prefer red
>toss your dogs in and brown them a little bit
>add a metric fuck ton of sauerkraut
>add a bottle of dark beer, preferably a stout
>reduce heat, cover & simmer for a bit occasionally stirring so nothing burns
>load everything up on a potato bun with dill mustard
