is this how you justify using pure fat? there are plenty of ways to make a sandwich less dry but I'm worried if I mention them (vegetables) you might have a mental breakdown

Easy meals I can make for someone who doesn't really like veggies.
I am tired of cooking pretty much the same all the time, am a good cook and can follow recipes but the thing is I have zero creativity and would like to cook more dishes, however it would be best if the only veggies they include are onions, potatoes, red peppers, shrooms, maybe some carrots and broccoli.
Any suggestions?
As for condiments and spices pretty much most are "allowed"

I'm a picky eater. My parents never pushed me to eat anything I didn't want to eat as a kid and now stuff like beans, sweet potatoes, cooked carrots, steak, fish, etc. makes me gag. I'm not as picky as the worst picky eaters I know about, I love broccoli and green beans and peas and spinach and stuff, but I hate being so picky and not being able to stomach so much food, I want to have more options available to me. I've tried just manning the fuck up and stuffing my face with shit I don't like but it doesn't help, I just gag on it and spit it out automatically.

What do I do, /ck/? Are any of you picky too?
