Here's a picture with the partition. To its left you can see the fries boxes on display. To its right you can see the mcflurry addons, and the ice cream machine behind Ronald.
In non-kosher locations, which are the vast majority in Israel, there's no partition. There's no separation. The registers are not limited. You may order meat and dairy at the same order. Heck, as a soldier I could receive a free ice cream with my meaty meal, with a free supersize.
But yes, no cheeseburger. Until now I thought they don't even stock cheese, but looking at the menu I see that they have a McMuffin with cheese, but no meat.
