tried tempeh just now. at first it was incredible how delicious it was, like a super nutty and smooth flavor, but the more I ate I got this weird feeling over being overstimulated, and had to stop eating it.

Is this normal? if so I might just have to stick with fried tofu I buy.

How do you prepare your tofu?
