You can by breaking it into 2 meals (longest lived population eats 2 meals a day with an 18-19 hour fast)

Meal 1:
Smoothie with kale, black berries blueberries, strawberries, rhubarb, raspberries, pumpkin seeds, carrots, sweet potato, ginger, cinnamon, apple, grapes, ground flax seed
Sandwich with whole grain bread peanut butter dark chocolate mint leaves crushed pecans walnuts and pistachios.

Meal 2:
Beans ground turkey diced tomatos cumin turmeric celery bell pepper jalapenos cayenne garlic onion oregano red wine

And feel free to drink tea herbal spiced green etc for the rest of the day i recommend chai.
