I've never had any manner of seafood that I didn't live. why? what makes it so good?? right now I'm craving a catfish sandwich from this place Ed's in nashville. catfish fried in cornmeal, onions, pickles, mustard and hot sauce on white bread. catfish is so damn good. it would be better to catch my own and take it home and fry it in cornmeal myself, there's nothing better than fish you just yanked out of the water. don't even have a pole these days though.
