It's really nothing that special, anon. Make sure you stretch for 5 minutes a day (as long as you can scratch yourself anywhere on your body where there's an itch using either hand and touch your tongue to your penis you're good), don't drink anything other than water when you aren't drinking alcohol, make sure to change your bath towel at least 3 times a month, and as long as you're already consuming 2000 calories from vodka a day it really doesn't matter how much or how little you eat on top of that. Look for me in the /ck/ challenge some time later this week. I'm never at a lack of nourishment.

Yeah, they cut their menu and raised prices not long after I switched over. I still stop by from time to time, but the quality has taken a nosedive.
