Look up twice baked spuds. Basicall put potato in oven for 1hr, cut in half, scoop out insides, mix in bowl with sour cream, cheese, bacon, garlic, chopped broccoli, spring onions and watever else. Fill potato skins back up with mixture and pop back in oven for 10 or so minutes. Enjoy

Are these basically skinless twice-baked potatoes? Because those are my favorite way to make russets. Reds I like a simple roast with garlic and herbs.
