They don't even exist. The only loophole is if your neighbor sold you their gun, which even a national gun registry wouldn't even fix and is more than likely illegal currently.

Supposedly, according to my dad, most stories involving me as a little kid involve something cute like me walking around and shaking people's hands and saying hi or something like that.
I wasn't even raised strict, I got away with a lot, and yet I never made a major fuss in public.
