Nothing noteworthy about that of course. Tossed the onions and carrots in oil, put a little salt and pepper on them, and just a touch of cardamom and cumin. Then into the oven. I'm not in a hurry so we're doing this at something like 120 degrees C and just doing high temp. for the last few minutes.
The mushrooms will be added to the tray later because I don't feel they need as much time as a raw carrot. I mostly just want to extract some liquid from them for the sauce.
The pot is just because it's easier to toss them in oil in there. And since the pot ends up oiled too I guess I might make the liver and sauce in it later.
