Yes it's so real, its actually hard to find rice in USA that's not 'enriched' unless you go to an asian market or health food store. Most people don't even really know (or care) that most brands have any additives, then the same people go to an asian restaurant and think "wow this plain steamed rice is way better than I can make it."
