This is what my usual Wendy's order is.

It tastes so much better than Subway. And I don't get the blue cheese on the salad. (Subtract 60 calories and 160 mg of sodium).

It's pretty comparable to a six inch, but I have that satisfied feeling and I don't feel like a disgusting schmuck that overpaid for a subpar sandwich.
