>fry garlic in oil
>add beef stock
>plop in beans
>season beans
>add some lime juice
>eat
Sometimes I'll throw in onions or frozen veggies with the garlic. Sometimes I'll eat it with rice. Other lazy meals are deenz and canned chicken & rice soup.

Easiest, simplest recipe I could find. If you wanna go even lazier, buy pre-sliced frozen "stir fry" veggies at Costco, or something.
